With so much heaviness continuing to happen in the world I felt compelled to write today about Confidence and Belief. Belief in yourself and how to tap into your Powerful Self Confidence. Even if you might not feel totally confident in all that you do today, I promise you confidence is in you and with these steps you can work to build it back up – no matter what is happening around you!
Belief is a state of mind! It comes directly from your thoughts. Thoughts that have very strong emotion attached to them. Unfortunately, many of us do not take the time to truly ‘think’. When I say think I mean asking yourself important, personal question and then going deep inside yourself for the answers. Getting quiet and letting the answer appear. So many of us are continually looking externally for our answers. Our beliefs, Our confidence. They aren’t out there. They are inside you.
I came across an interesting stat the other day that speaks to this. Did you know that 2% of us truly think (as I have described above), 3% think they think and 95% would rather die than think? Just let that sink in. What percent are you in? Are you willing to dig deep to find your answers, take effective action and make the change or go after the goals you have set for yourself?
Belief is one of the most powerful emotions we have and when we attach true belief to what we want our subconscious mind immediately stands at attention. It works to provide us what we want quickly when you truly believe. Anything you want in life has to start with your belief. You can never outperform your belief. Believe you are worthy of having what you want and watch your self confidence soar. They are directly linked to each other.

- Define your goal & write it out daily. Clearly know what your desire. Believe you can achieve it. Confidence is built through Clarity, Dedication, Persistence and Action.
- Create a ‘To BE’ list. Define who you need to be with your goal achieved. Visualize yourself as this version of yourself for a minimum of 30 minutes per day.
- Create an Affirmation Statement to match your desired state of BEING. Write it out & say it (out loud) for 10 minutes per day.
- Have an attitude of service & gratitude. Give before you get. Always go Above & Beyond. Continually give to others. What you give will always come back to you. Have belief in others and they in turn will believe in you.
Do these 4 steps consistently and persistently and you will see your belief and self confidence grow, your desires will become your reality and your vibration will move to levels of happiness, joy and meaningful purpose. It all starts with belief!!
